| In the winter
of 2000, we were commissioned to sculpt a full sized cow for the movie,
'Slap Her She's French'. The movie was filmed in Dallas, TX.
Hauling an ice cow 300 miles created a unique challenge. We left
Midland around midnight in the middle of a blizzard. The 10:00 a.m.
shoot was delayed until 1:00 p.m. and we arrived just in time to warm up
with a cup of coffee, then roll the cow out on stage for the shoot.
This full length feature comedy begins with a little girl being dared to lick an ice sculpture at a Christmas Pageant. This scene sets up the rest of the movie starring Piper Perabo as that grown up little girl bent on getting revenge. Due out spring 2002. |
